Today, Charlotte regularly gives employment law advice to both corporate and private clients on a wide range of topics. She is highly experienced in advising on grievance and disciplinary matters, contractual issues (such as bonuses and restrictive covenants), re-organisations, TUPE, discrimination and long-term sickness issues.
